Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the P1K Motorsports website and our services, including vehicle modifications, parts catalog, and content. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Engagements & Scope

Work is defined in statements of work (SOWs) outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. If these Terms conflict with an SOW, the SOW governs for that project.

Vehicle & Parts Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of parts with your vehicle, complying with local regulations, and maintaining your vehicle post-install. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee street legality in all jurisdictions or outcomes of third-party tuning.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our content, tutorials, and pre-existing IP. Upon full payment, you receive the rights described in the SOW to project deliverables. Third-party parts and media are subject to their own licenses.

Payments & Parts Orders

Fees, parts pricing, and payment schedules are set in the SOW or order confirmation. Parts orders may require deposits and are subject to availability. Taxes, duties, and shipping are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Safety & Compliance

Performance modifications may alter vehicle behavior. You agree to use vehicles safely and comply with applicable laws. We are not liable for misuse, track incidents, or regulatory fines.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Services and content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific horsepower gains, lap times, or performance outcomes. Manufacturer warranties for parts may apply separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months prior to the event.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 15 days to cure. Upon termination, you will pay for work performed and approved expenses to date. Sections on IP, payments, confidentiality, and limitations survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws stated in the SOW or, if not specified, the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
